What a journey it has been so far, and what a great group of experts we have spoken to along the way. Check out our guests so far this Cup, looking back from most recent to earliest from Checco, to John Bertrand, Tom Slingsby, Andrew Palfrey and both Tommy and Katie Spithill plus various other experts to talk at length about various stages of the 36th America's Cup.

Francesco Bruni - From the Left

With Francesco Bruni, the Port Helm from Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli Team to celebrate their Prada Cup win, but also get down to business!

We run through a bunch of your questions, talk about the Prada Cup, measurement, why he is on the Port side, the dual-helm, the technology, the rules, and just what is to come as they go up against Emirates Team New Zealand in the America's Cup Match.

John Bertrand AO - NZ vs. ITA preview

With John Bertrand AO to talk about the Prada Cup Final, and the match up that we can expect between Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli Team, the official Challenger and Emirates Team New Zealand, the Defender!

We take a look back at the teams who have been in it for multiple campaigns, from Sir Thomas Lipton (5), to Baron Bich (4), Alan Bond (4), Syd Fischer (5), Team New Zealand (10), Larry Ellison (5) and of course Prada's Bertelli (6).

Will Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS be the next to join the long line of those who have sort the mysterious America's Cup win? Only time will tell but I don't think this will be the last time that we see INEOS Team UK in the America's Cup - all the best to the whole team as we progress to the next stage!

Shannon Falcone - Behind the scenes

Insightful chat with Shannon Falcone, Trimmer/Grinder for Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli after taking the Prada Cup Final to 4-0 over INEOS Team UK.

Shannon was in the gym, but took the time to chat with us in the Sailing Club on the Clubhouse App.

Marco Brandon Rossini and Brooks Watson hosted the chat, and I was lucky to join them to ask a few questions!

Katie Spithill - 4-0 in the Challenger's Final

Debriefing the racing with #SailorGirl, and friend of the show, Katie Spithill to review the 4-0 lead of Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli Team in the Prada Cup final over INEOS Team UK after the announcement of the cancellation of racing on Wednesday due to a 72-hour COVID-19 lock down in New Zealand.

More information on the NZ lock down here: www.nicdouglass.org/covid-19-shuts-down-americas-cup

Tom Slingsby - ITA vs. UK preview

Debriefing today's racing and what we can expect when INEOS Team UK match up with Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli Team with America's Cup winner, and gold medallist, Tom Slingsby.

Congratulations once again to Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli on their win in the Prada Cup Semi-Final, and what an effort and show of true class by American Magic to get back on the water, and finish all of their races despite their setbacks!

Andrew Palfrey - American Magic

Here we go with the first of the Prada Cup Semi-Final AC Chat & Wrap shows with our fantastic guest, Andrew "Dog" Palfrey to debrief and go over the two wins for Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli over the NYYC American Magic team. Amazing to see the US back on the water, but perhaps two slow starts, and the wrong packages above and below water have left them on the back foot in this first to four knock-out series.

Andrew Baglin - THAT cross!

How well do you know your rules? Time to break down THAT cross with an IU and find out a bit more about what is green, and what is red! Let's Chat & Wrap!

Pete Jary - American Magic Repairs

I thought we would review and speculate about the damage on American Magic with someone in the know before we (fingers crossed) see her (Patriot) back on the water tomorrow or Wednesday!

Pete Jary, from Zest Boatworks, took the time to chat with us, in between helping to prep the British Sailing Team boats, they will soon be on their way to Tokyo (again!).

John Bertrand AO - INEOS Progress

John Bertrand AO joined us live to Chat & Wrap as INEOS Team UK went straight into the final of the Prada Cup, the Challenger Series for the 36th America's Cup!

Tom Spithill - Foiling vs. Displacement

Live to announce Tom Spithill and my campaign for the 37th AC - #FakeNews! Let's do our America's Cup "Chat & Wrap"!

#BEMOREPOPPY

One of the clear takeaways from the America's Cup to date is that we should all #BeMorePoppy! Great grab from our #SailorGirl, Tor who is on the ground for our preview shows each day that there is racing in Auckland. Tor has been chatting to the crowd, helping us witness the dock offs, and basically helping us to be a part of the action LIVE.

A big thanks to Tor for her work to date, and for this little gem, reminding us that we are all cheering for the America's Cup - AND sailing in general!

Thanks to the America's Cup / CoR / StudioBorlenghi for the footage and images to help add to our show!

As always, there is so much more on our channels, head to www.sailorgirlhq.com, or @sailorgirlhq on Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, iTunes, or Twitter.
