The Cam Sailing Club based at Waterbeach, just a few miles north of the centre of Cambridge, has much to offer families who want to 'get away from it all' at weekends.

Sailing tuition, regular competitions and a clubhouse that offers great facilities and regular social events aimed at the whole family, can make family membership an affordable pleasure.

Accessible by public transport as Waterbeach station is close by and with camping facilities on site, membership of the CSC is well worth considering to get the whole family out in the fresh air and involved in a pleasurable pastime that involves everyone, whether sailors or not.
