The club was established in 1938 and is an 'off the beach' sailing club located on Port Phillip Bay, Melbourne, Australia. Traditionally catering to dinghy and catamaran classes the club has broadened its focus to support local paddle boarders, kayaks, windsurfers and SUPs.

Through the accredited Discover Sailing Centre the Learn to Sail classes delivered encompass the range from our "Come and Try" programs to primary school age 'Tackers' Program, through to adult Start Sailing and Better Sailing courses.

The clubhouse is a multi story building with boat storage and change rooms on the ground level, a bar, balcony, kitchen and hall facilities on the second level, and a race control tower on the third level. Our elevated western facing view on a summer afternoon is special providing uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay as well as providing an ideal vantage for race management.
